Obituary for Melvin Jack Lindsell
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Melvin Jack Lindsell of Fort Frances on Sunday, January 19, 2020.
Mel was born in Fort Frances on November 2, 1927. He met the love of his life Thelma Alberta Cain, and they were married on September 26, 1951
Mel spent his career at the Fort Frances Paper Mill. His pasttime was spent hunting, fishing, travelling, puttering in his garage and spending time sitting on his swing at the trailer.
Mel will be lovingly remembered by his children Victoria (Stan), Dale (Debbie), and Karen (Marshall). Mel will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Aaron (Jeannie), Courtney, Lesley, Coral, Curtis, Ovina, Patricia, Joey and great grandchildren. Mel will also be missed by his special friend Joy.
He was predeceased by his wife Thelma, parents Bill and Barbara and siblings Ralph, George and Mary.
