Obituary for Marguerite MacTaggart
On Tuesday March 17, 2020, Peggy MacTaggart, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother passed away at home at the age of 78 after a brief illness.
Peggy will be remembered by her children; Rosemarie Racicot, Tracey Costello (Cliff), Kelly Walters (Lalena), and Neil Walters (Deborah), Grandchildren Ashley Rowat, Shannon Costello, Kaitlin Walters, Tyson Walters, Ryan Wascherol, J.P. Racicot, Jeremy Cox and Justin Cox and great grandchildren Braxton and Brinn.
Peggy's career was spent primarily in social work and counselling especially helping those who struggled with addictions. But her real love was for young people and she was a surrogate mum to many kids who stayed close to her heart throughout the years.
Her ashes will be laid to rest alongside those of her parents in Quebec at a later date.
