Marcella was born on March 31. 1947 to Augustine and Isabelle Desrosiers. She spent most of her life in Fort Frances and spent many happy years with the love of her life, Theodore (Ted) Perrault in Red Gut Bay, and Thunder Bay.

Lou-Lou enjoyed spending her time playing bingo, eating walleye, listening to the drums at pow wows and watching the dancers. Family was important to her and she proudly helped raise her nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews by providing a loving and kind influence for them. She also loved visiting her many cousins and relatives and reminiscing about their younger days and catching up with family news.
She is survived by her brothers Kenneth Desrosiers (Kitty) of Fort Frances, and Patrick Desrosier (Anchalee) of Illinois. Also survived by her step-children, the late Adrian Perrault and Perry Perrault.
