Obituary for Jada Alexandra Lynn Singleton

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jada Alexandra Lynn Singleton of Couchiching First Nation at the age of 22. Makwa doodem on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre. She was born October 12, 2001 in Winnipeg Manitoba.
Jada was predeceased by her grandparents Allen Singleton and Carol Singleton, great grandmother Constance Bruyere and great grandparents Albert and Cecile Morrisseau.
Jada was most dedicated to her daughter Demetria. She loved her daughter so much and took such wonderful care of her. Jada enjoyed listening to music, singing, and she loved to draw. She also enjoyed attending pow-wows. Jada loved her family and was close to her niece Kalena. Jada had a very special heart, she was very kind and loving. She loved animals especially her dog Makwa Singleton. Jada was very brave as she faced a devastating illness but she never lost her faith in God.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter Demetria Jupiter Lynn, her mother Tammy, her sister Keira (Kaelin), her niece Kalena, her father Allen Singleton, Aunties Aleta (Simon), Ashley (Jeff), grandparents Dennis and Roberta Bruyere, cousins Simon Jr., Calleigh, Bryson, Emma, as well as numerous aunties, uncles, and cousins, and her best friends Shay and Gaige.
A Celebration of Life will occur on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 at the Couchiching Multi-Use from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Honorary Pallbearers are Simon Blanchet, Simon Blanchet Jr, Shayana Perrault, Emma Bruyere, Calleigh Blanchet and Kalena Morrison.
