Colleen Hyatt 69 of Mine Centre Ontario passed away suddenly on January 17 2020.
Colleen was the youngest daughter of Marjorie and Dave Bolen, born April 1st 1950.

Colleen was raised on the family farm north east of Stratton. She attended public school at Shenston No1 and high school in Rainy River. After graduation Colleen attended Laverendrye School of Nursing to become an RNA. She then took a job at the University of Saskatchewan Hospital in Saskatoon to be closer to Terry.

Terry and Colleen married three months later, September 27, 1969. After 26 months Terry and Colleen moved to Thunder Bay. Colleen went back to school and became a Registered Nurse graduating in 1975. Colleen worked at Port Arthur General on the surgical ward for two years then transferred to McKellar Hospital ICU and worked there until they moved to Mine Centre in 1985.

She was also the in-service education coordinator for a time during her employment there. She worked as the Director of Nursing for 2 plus years up to and including the merger with Riverside Hospital, before finishing her career.
